RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at storetech@virgilio.it before the 14-day period expires. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items made to order
  • Hygiene products once opened (where applicable)

4. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TECHIGH HOME is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at storetech@virgilio.it with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective/damaged item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at storetech@virgilio.it. We will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item as soon as possible.

8. Legal Guarantee All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity as required by Italian and EU consumer law. If a product develops a defect within this period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund.
